Ramps

Ramps.
Kind of an industrial name for such an abstract flavor. A composite of onion and garlic. Sweet and pungent. Subtler and fresher then either garlic or onion, it is the best bits of both.



Throw it into a pasta dish for a tasty and easy dinner.

hey i used ramps this week too. i put mine into a light puree of spring vegetables. it was ok. couldnt taste the ramps enough though.
